This is my most FAVORITE Sports Bra right now. It's the "Y-Back from Handful. I've been wearing their stuff since 2007 and I love how they continue to NEVER disappoint with their active wear. They are totally cute and fit perfectly for athleisure or a hardcore workouts too.

Rehband Knee Sleeves

These are amazing if you have "crunchy" knees or need a little more support on days you lift and do squats or lunges. They just hug the knee perfectly.

Nike shoes - Metcons or TR Fit

I'm just a huge Nike fan. I love their Trainers and when you find a good deal - sometimes you need 2 pair!

90 Degrees by Reflex Yoga pants

They are the most affordable workout pants I've found...all from scrolling Instagram, and seeing them on a friend. They come in a ton of fun colors and get this - TOTALLY squat proof!!

HydroFlask Water Bottle

I don't know if it's just me, but when you have a durable, colorful and HUGE waterbottle that keeps it cold, I'm more inclined to keep my hydration up!
