[Recipe]: Hormone Friendly Pancakes
I brought back and oldie but goodie for breakfast this week - and I wanted to share!!
As most of my meals are focused around nutrition for my cycle, this fits in perfectly for those in the FOLLICULAR PHASE or the first week AFTER your bleed!
But hey, even if you don't track your cycle, maybe don't have one or in menopause, this is a great recipe to try!
3 INGREDIENT OAT BRAN PROTEIN PANCAKES
A bit of a mouthful, but easy enough, that makes up for the long title! This serves 1, so double or triple if you are making for the rest of the fam, or could even batch cook these!
2 eggs, beaten
⅓ cup oat bran
¼ cup shredded zucchini
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix until blended well and pour onto a griddle or sauté pan! Top with seasonal berries, raw honey, agave or organic maple syrup and enjoy!
Would love to see your creations, so if you make these, tag me on your socials so I can share you!
Remember, this is just a small part of working with your hormones. Cycle syncing has so much physical benefit to it, if you take the time and patience to go through it!
This is all that you'll learn during the on-boarding of my GO WITH YOUR FLOW Hormone Balancing course! It's designed to guide you through understanding:
- Your cycle and how to start tracking
- Simple measures to learn and start cycle syncing
- Learn what workouts are best during certain times of the month
- Connect with other women going through the process too.
It's a tool and information that you'll always have to adapt and address root cause systems! Can't wait for you to experience it!
